Project Overview

The total land area of the project is 107000 ㎡, and the land is used for residential and commercial facilities. The above-ground construction area is about 167700 ㎡, the underground construction area is about 6.42 ㎡, and the total construction area is 231338.67 ㎡.

The whole project consists of residential, commercial outlets, supporting service rooms and kindergartens. Including 36 residential buildings (10 high-rise residential buildings, 17 small high-rise residential buildings, 3 multi-storey residential buildings and 6 low-rise residential buildings), low-rise street commercial buildings, multi-storey kindergartens, low-rise supporting service rooms and single-storey doormen.

Design concept

With the increasingly rich material life, people's demand for living is not limited to simple shelter. What residents need is not only an ordinary residential area, but also an outdoor communication space with perfect functions and pleasant environment.

In this project, the program team hopes to build the project into a community park with beautiful scenery and pleasant environment. Create a green ecological landscape atmosphere and lead a new way of life.
