The terrain height difference within the construction scope of the project is large, with high in the south and low in the north, with a height difference of about 4-5 meters. There is a flowing natural water system on the east side, which brings great challenges to the construction of the project. The planning and design follow the principle of "simple design, learn from nature", respect the topography, make full use of the height difference for design, excavate the surrounding pond resources, introduce running water into the park, and become the highlight of the whole park. It truly respects nature, conforms to the mountain situation, adapts measures to local conditions, intervenes in nature, condenses life, and outlines the essentials.

The overall positioning of the project is a high-end leisure home stay, combined with the comprehensive development of sightseeing and leisure agriculture. In the process of design, fully excavate the cultural connotation, reflect the local characteristics, the overall style of Anhui traditional style elements and modern elements in one, to create a traditional imprint of high-end residential park. At the same time, the development and construction of the project fully excavates the traditional cultural connotation of the "Bao clan" and turns the collected historical materials of the traditional family into cultural elements reflected in the details of the whole park.
