Building 04 of the first group of student dormitories is of frame structure, with 6 floors above the ground and a construction area of 21795.41 square meters. Building 08 of the second group of student dormitories is of frame structure, with 6 floors above the ground and a construction area of 4604.2 square meters. It has been more than ten years since the construction of the first group 03 and the second group 08 of the student dormitory in Xianlin campus was completed and put into use. The existing facilities and equipment are old and aging, and their functions are incomplete. The structure of the house needs to be strengthened; Some rooms need to be adjusted according to the use function; The indoor wall, ceiling and floor are newly updated; The toilet shall remove the existing wall and floor tiles and make them waterproof again, re-tile, replace the toilet partition, drainage ditch, stainless steel sink, etc. after removal; All doors, windows, railings, louvers, grilles, etc. shall be replaced; HVAC system and air conditioning equipment, water supply and drainage system (including air source hot water system), strong and weak current system, ventilation system, fire protection system, etc. shall be completely updated after removal.
