Project Overview

The total land area of the project is 31900 ㎡. The above-ground construction area is about 67600 ㎡, the underground construction area is about 7410 ㎡, and the total construction area is 75000 ㎡. The whole project consists of 11 Class D II plants.

The interior of the park is divided into four by two main axes, forming different spatial feelings and functional partitions. The north-south main landscape axis connects the main entrance and exit of Guangzhi Road on the south side, and the west side is designated as the standard factory building area, and the east side is designated as the high-rise factory building area and the standard factory building area. The main pedestrian entrances and exits are set on the 3rd Ring Road on the east side, combined with the overhead of the ground floor of the high-rise factory building, forming the main landscape green axis of the site. The two axes are regular and have a sense of ritual, which is the climax of the entire venue sequence, permeating the comfortable and pleasant environment.

Fully respect the development of contemporary industrial plants, pay attention to the transformation of the production space model of humanization and ecological environmental protection, create different levels of space demands, and form a production park with pleasant scale through effective combination. The overall layout starts from the urban space environment, and the high-rise factory buildings are arranged on the third ring road on the east side of the base, forming a space environment with a wide view and becoming a city landmark. The group factory building is enclosed to form a courtyard group, forming a relatively independent area, fully reflecting its independence and privacy. The overall formation of the trend of high east and low west, highlighting the role of image.
