Building Description

Project Overview

The project is a commercial renovation project of No. 18 Guangji South Road, Gusu District, Suzhou City, with a construction area of 8869 m2.

The project site is located to the east of Guangji South Road and to the south of Aiheqiao Road. For the ground two-story, local three-story street-style building cluster, no basement.

The original building structure is part of the brick, part of the frame structure, slope roof form. Covering an area of about 8160 m2, the construction area is about: 8869 m2.

There is an existing public parking lot (about 150 parking spaces for motor vehicles) on the east side of the project.

1. Design vision objectives
